Stampa Alternativa organized a legendary concert in 1974 [wrong - 1975], perhaps one of the last big free concerts in Italy. In 1974 in Piazza Navona we had Gong, Henry Cow and Robert Wyatt. However Daevid allen wasn't in that lineup. He's here playing for the first time in Italy on a one shot gig. From Gong to now many things have changed for Daevid; he's changed, as we all have, he's evolved and you'll find his music is different too if you haven't followed his work. It's a sort of mystical path, trying to find out where the seeds we planted ten years ago have gone: those seeds are our minds". This should be the last show with this lineup before Didier Malherbe and Shyamal Maitra joined. Organized by legendary Italian underground publisher Stampa Alternativa, the same people who brought Gong to Rome for a free concert in 1975. Taped and provided by a man of S.A. on place. Lineage: low gen tape > wav > flac > you. No noise reduction Transferred, converted and shared on EZ by Maclen, Mar 2005.
